Our crawfish are partially cooked. This allows you to boil the crawfish to completion to serve and not overcook. Simply bring water to a boil, remove crawfish from bag and place into pot. Bring water to a boil, turn heat off, set for 10 minutes and serve hot. Approximately 16-22 crawfish per lb.
