Gourmet cheese and Champagne are a wonderful match. We created an assortment of 4 different cheeses (8 ounces each) that bring out the best in the champagne; bloomy, blue, hard and semi-soft with aroma. Brie, Gorgonzola Dolce, Colby and Emmental. Please note that clean, fresh, buttery milk with a pleasantly salty finish.
