Q: Why is the heating slow?
- It is recommended to adjust to the maximum temperature (96°F) and power (1500W) when using it for the first time, and work for at least 1 hour (150 sq ft heating time). This allows the room to enter the warm state faster, so that the lower power can be adjusted to maintain the temperature, and the subsequent power consumption can be reduced.
- In addition, there are many factors that affect the heating rate of the room, such as room size, building insulation, etc. It is recommended to use it in a smaller area of the room, and close the doors and windows to reduce heat loss.
Q: Why does the product stop heating?
- It is recommended to increase the temperature setting value higher.
- Because the product has the function of automatically adjusting the power. When the surrounding temperature is close to the set temperature, it will automatically reduce the power or stop working, and use the waste heat for heating to achieve the effect of heating up and energy saving.
Q: Why is there no display on the screen?
- After connecting the power and turning on the side switch button, please press and hold the button of the power icon in the upper right corner of the control panel for more than 2 seconds, and the screen will display.
Q: Why is there no foot assembly?
- The foot assembly is placed in one of the foams on both sides of the packing box. There is a groove on the side of the foam for the foot assembly. The wall mount screws are at the bottom of the packaging box.
