Q2: Hardwired installation or plug in installation?
Only support plug in. These fixtures don't need to go into a junction box. It is very easy to install. If you select hardwired installation( go into a junction box),it would be very difficult to install.
Q3: Where is the switch?
The switch is about 11.81 inches(30cm) from the plug.Near the plug,please notice it.
Q4: Are the bulb included?
No, there are not included.And we suggest you use E26 standard bulb,not exceeding 60W.
