It began in 1954, when Monsieur Fillon bought his first bakery in Vendée. His son, Jean, inherited his father's passion for French Baking and continued his legacy by making fresh and delicious bakery products every day. But the story would not be the same without Jean’s wife, Marie Denise, the baker, or as we like to say in French “La Boulangère." Her love for baking enriched the company's pride and passion in crafting wonderful breads, pastries, and crêpes that truly encompass "La Boulangère".
We ensure that all products are completely free of preservatives, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, zero high fructose corn syrup and zero trans fat.
