- Q: Why can't your cleats clip into the pedal?
- A: We included the look delta in the package, which is compatible with Bike pedals. If you can't clip into it, it has to do with the tension of the pedals.If you flip the pedal over, you will see a 3mm Allen bolt with a + and - sign on it. Adjusting this will dial the spring in on the pedals and resolve the issue completely.
- Q: Why are the biking shoes you receive smaller or narrower than your usual shoes?
- A: When you ride, too wide shoes will affect the speed and safety of riding, so the riding shoes will be narrow. If your instep is a little high on your foot is wide please Choose 0.5 Size up.If you feel not quite right after receiving the biking shoes, you can directly return it or exchange it.

- Q: Why is there rattling around when riding？
- A: The sound is made by the metal inside the sole. To avoid rattling when riding, you need to tighten the 4 black screws used to fix the metal before installing the cleats. so that they can fix the metal inside the sole and will not make a noise.
