Nebraska Star Beef does not believe in assembly line beef production. Our beef is hand cut by small town butchers who pride themselves in keeping the art of butchering a live in every steak.

Nebraska Star Beef set out to create a safe, all natural product. We have been doing it this way for over 100 years in the great state of Nebraska. For us, no hormones or antibiotics is tradition not a fad. We want to recreate the days where the average American knew their beef came from the ranch to the table with little intervention from science.
