Produced from White Sturgeon in the Sacramento Valley of California, our smoked Sturgeon is truly a labor of love. This American framed Sturgeon is cured and triple smoked for 6 to 8 hours, resulting in a buttery and moist finish with a fine hint of fruit wood smoke. It is estate smoked on our Sturgeon farm in Northern California using our neighbor’s Applewood and simple, natural ingredients. We use artisanal methods that craft a velvety, yet firm texture. The vacuum sealed packaging maintains all the sweet, clean flavors and gives the versatility to enjoy on a few separate occasions. Sturgeon meat is as equally irresistible as the highly valued, rich caviar that is produced by this fish. It is a delicacy that was exclusively prized by royal families of the past.
