1. I can only get sound from one speaker, not both together.
Turn off the Bluetooth function on your device (phones, tablets), pair the speakers successfully and then turn on the Bluetooth on your device, search for AT1 and connect. Please make sure the speakers are paired before you connect them with your device, otherwise there will be only one speaker in connection.
2. Why are there two ‘AT1’ in Bluetooth devices, which one should I connect?
This is because two speakers have two signals, they can connect with device separately, so if you want to use them together please make sure two speakers are paired before connect them to your devices
3. The sound cuts out when playing music.
The True Wireless Stereo technology requires large data transmission, please avoid putting objects in-between the speakers, and put them into effective range.
4. Do the speakers have separate volume controls?
No, when the speakers are paired, their volumes will be controlled mutually.
5. How many speakers can I paired in the same time?
Only 2.
6. I can’t charge my speakers.
First please check are the cables connected firmly, second please try to use different charging cable.
7. The speakers did not pair/connect to device automatically.
Sometimes it takes longer time for them to process the signals, you may try to pair/connect them manually.
