Easy Mixing Instructions
- Fill container with about 1/2 cup of warm water
- Pour in cleaner crystals
- Stir crystals until dissolved (we recommend rolling up the empty packet and using that to stir)
- Wait 3 minutes
- Soak oral appliance at lease 20 minutes daily
- Rinse appliance thoroughly after removing from solution
