You will receive a 3.5-inch gift box with a beautiful and healthy succulent in a clear plastic pot sent with soil and packaged with great care.
Please be aware that not every plant is the same, allow for variations in shape and colors and for slight imperfections. Plants may be slightly larger or smaller than the pot they are grown in, depending on availability or time of year. However, we will do our best handpick each one to best represent the picture shown in each listing.
We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants! Please track your package and open as soon as possible. If you receive your package and are not satisfied, please message us immediately. Fragile plants such as bearpaw, baby toe, etc. may break or loose a few of their leaves during transport. Please contact us for replacements if your plants are severely damaged. We'll try our best to accommodate you.
Your plant in the gift box will be meticulously bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. During shipping and there may be some loose dirt in the box. Overall, we will ensure the box is packed with care to ensure the plant will arrive safely, we use bubble wrap as well as biodegradable packing peanuts. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days depending on availability of the plant. We ship our plants Monday to Saturday.
