GRILLED PEACH MASCARPONE WITH WASABI TWIST

WASABI-O WASABI PASTE IN DESSERTS

STEPS

1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the seed.
2. Combine wasabi paste with mascarpone cheese and mix it well.
3. Add in the chopped walnuts and mix.
4. Brush the peaches with oil and grill for about 5 minutes or until hot or grill marks appear.
5. Set grilled peach on your serving plate and top with a scoop of your mascarpone wasabi cheese mixture
6. Drizzle maple syrup and garnish with coarsely chopped walnut before serving. Enjoy!

WASABI TSUNAMI COCKTAIL DRINK

WASABI-O WASABI PASTE WITH BEVERAGE

STEPS

1. Mix wasabi paste with vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, syrup, soy sauce and pineapple flesh in a shaker and shake.

2. Add ice until it fills up 3/4 of the cocktail shaker into a shaker and shake well.

3. Pour the wasabi mixture into your serving glass.

4. Add soda water.

5. Garnish with cut lime and pineapple before serving.
